Upon approval, item (b) can be researched with the cooperation of the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA) or one of its regional affiliates, perhaps the Western Utility Contractors. However, Item (a) will require the review of A/C pipe sector monitoring data reported to Opinion Research Corporation(ORC)/Arthur D. Little, Inc. under contract to AIA/NA. Since these data are considered confidential between A/C pipe manufacturers, ORC and Kirkland & Ellis, AACPP hereby requests that it be granted access to the data via Kirkland & Ellis for purpose of preparing the position paper. Executive Committee members should contact their AIA/NA counterparts, request permission for access to the required data, and advise Staff at the 7/16/81 Executive Committee meeting.
