Scott Announces Sixteen Appointments to Multiple State Boards TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Rick Scott announced twelve reappointments and four appointments to multiple state boards. Gulf Coast State College District Board of Trustees Steve Millaway, 61, of Panama City Beach, is the founder and managing director of TechFarms Capital and the CEO of TechFarms, LLC. Millaway is reappointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending May 31,2021. Donald Crisp, 74, of Panama City Beach, is the retired vice president of First American Title Insurance. Crisp is reappointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending May 31,2021. David Warriner, 53, of Port St. Joe, is the owner of Warriner-Tapper Investments. Warmer is reappointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending May 31,2021. Elizabeth Kirvin, 46, of Apalachicola, is the assistant principal of Apalachicola Bay Charter School and a founding board member. Kirvin is reappointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending May 31,2020. These appointments are subject to Senate confirmation Board of Veterinary Medicine Dr. Robert Hase, 73, of New Port Richey, is the medical director at Bayonet Point Animal Clinic. He is reappointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending October 31,2020. Dr. Robert Leonard, 63, of New Smyrna Beach, is the owner of Coronado Animal Clinic. She succeeds Kenneth Dougherty and is appointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending October 31,2021. Paul Licata, 45, of Boynton Beach, is the owner of Triton Property Management. He succeeds Ruth Pelaez and is appointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending October 31,2019. These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate. Barbers' Board Paul Whitfield, 75, of Pensacola, is an instructor at Pensacola State College. He succeeds Edwin Stewart and is appointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending October 31,2021. Veronica Wold, 48, of Crawfordville, is a government operations consultant for the Department of Corrections. She is reappointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending October 31, 2021. Monica Smith, 45, of Palmetto Bay, is a content strategist with Florida International University. She is reappointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending October 31,2021. He is reappointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending October 31,2021. Michael Kroll, 53, of Weston, is the president of Miller Legg. He is reappointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending October 31,2020. Phillip Smith, 62, of Sarasota, is the owner of David W. Johnston Associates, Inc. He is reappointed for a term beginning December 15, 2017, and ending October 31,2021. Joseph Delate, 55, of Marco Island, is the principal project manager for Collier County Transportation Engineering.
