Mr. J. s. Maynard H. K. Bali :'-.ki.v. Southern Production Chicago ; . Tulsa... March 9, 1953 Dear J a c k * ^ We have had several discussions with Mr. V. 0. Fay regarding construction of a I M X installation for the subject company. He requested a firm price from New York on the fittings which is being sent to him* ` v ,` Mr. Fay also discussed the possibility of lead dropping out of the unit when slop is being rerun. It was finally agreed that there would be little or no hazard Involved where a unit could actually be entered by workmen. It was further agreed that if and when any samples should be taken that a program would be worked out with the customer to satisfy them that there is no hazard from this standpoint. Yews very truly, HKBadjb H. K. Ball
