Cheryl do you mind helping Candice with logistics of getting to the Administrator's office on Monday?
Thanks!

3pm is fine. Where should Grover go?

Hi Candice,
I tried calling, but you weren't able to take my call. The Administrator will have to do the meeting here at 3pm on Monday. Would that work for Mr. Norquist?
Best, Maddy

Hi Candice,
Do you mind if we find some time to chat? It might be easiest to have Mr. Norquist come over here.
My direct is below.

Metro center Marriott--Fire and Sage? That is across the street from our office.

Hi Candice,
I can help find a time for this coffee. Where do you think the best location would be?

Could we make 8:30am or 9am on Monday work? Grover has a 10am and I would hate to cut their time short. Or Grover could be available at 3pm. (he has a 4pm on Monday)
Let me know what might work.
Kind regards,

Hi Candice - I understand that Administrator Pruitt is speaking to ATR next Tuesday. Would Mr. Norquist be available to meet with the Administrator for coffee on Monday, either at 9:30 a.m. or after 3:30 p.m.? It might be nice for them to have a short introduction prior to the event and I don't think they have had a chance to properly meeting yet.
