The working groups and policy committee lead campaigns designed to educate policymakers, regulators, the business community, and the public on benefits of the different technologies across the economy. Over the past year, they have lead efforts to pass legislation calling for autonomous vehicle testing, convened policy discussions with administration and agency officials, and sent letters of support to Congress on specific technology policies. Congressional and administration officials and staff regularly attend and address the working group and policy committee meetings.
