N23395 House Correspondence TSAt MARTIN-SEHOUR Go . FOR S-W co* Cleveland MR. L. J. Hague ANSWERING LETTER OP Chicago, Illinois November 8th, 1933 In a letter some days ago you asked for information regarding the cars driven by eaeh representative during the year. In order to avoid making up the entire report we have listed the salesman's name in the same order as that shown on the automobile expense sheet* The car numbers are opposite and the number of months that each car was in use* In some instances where a man left the anploy during the year the total months will not equal twelve. As stated in a previous letter it is our intention of furnishing this as a monthly report as Boon as we are able to get the Information necessary for the preparation of this report. We find that the salesmen were not instructed until about October 31st to start checking their mileage, therefore,, it Is necessary for us to make an extlmate from the expense reports of the number of miles covered by each, salesman during the preceding months. We do not contemplate any great amount of work in preparing this report after we can get the Information for the months past but until we do this there will be some delay. TVA:EG Enel.
