Dear Sir:- Under date of May 20, 1932 we entered into an ADA Agreement and Lease Agreement with the above for a period of one year. We are in receipt of a report from our Ridgefield Park Station that when our salesman called on this gentleman he found that M r . j H | H p p K was suffering considerably due to lead poisoning$ h ^ ^ a a n d s were in veiy bad shape and Mr. claims that this is due to him blackberry picking, n a v S ^ a ^ n u m b e r of scratches on his hand, and then serving a car with No-Nox Ethyl and a hose full of No-Nox spilling over him. The customer indicated that the reason the hose was full of gasoline was due to a faulty check-valve, but when our man asked him to show where it was leaking, the customer could not do so, and our man could not see where there was any gasoline in the hose at the time. !e understand that this is a matter to be taken up with the Ethyl Gasoline Corp. and we would thank you to let us know if you will take it up with them or if y o u wish us to bring the matter to their attention.
