Hi Millan,
Here are the RSVPs for APS. It looks like the reason APS wants both Flake and Pruitt to be at the same table is because that is where their top execs are and they would like to interact with the both of them. It also looks like their second table is still iffy on how will attend, hence why they don't want to put a VIP there. The list is as follows:
APS Table #1 1- Don Brandt - Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer, APS 2- Scott Pruitt 3- Jeff Guldner - Executive Vice President, Public Policy and General Counsel, APS 4- Jessica Pacheco - Vice President, State and Local Affairs, APS 5- Jim Wilde - Director of Procurement, APS 6- Senator Jeff Flake 7- MichaeI Vargas - Senator Flake State Director 8- Megan Schmitz - Chief of Staff to the Chairman, APS 9- Chad Guzman - State & Local Affairs, APS 10- Katie Prendergast - State & Local Affairs, APS
APS Table #2 1- Jesus Borboa - Supply Chain Program Manager, APS 2- Lorena Valencia - President/CEO, Reliance Wire & Cable 3- Michelle Lehman - Supply Chain Project Consultant, APS

Hi Millan,
Quick question: Would the Administrator be okay with Senator Flake sitting at the same table as him at the Awards Luncheon? APS will be hosting the two and was wondering if they could be at the same table so their other table could be for their manufacturing clients. If that is not okay, I am sure they will understand and I will put Senator Flake at their table. Just let me know, thanks!
