Areas will be notified a day or so in advance for a specific inspection time to allow scheduling of guides. Special emphasis areas have been identified for this inspection from PMSB, SHAC, and Annual Inspection Team recommendations. They include: Control of critical alarms. N2 hose stations - "P" Bulletin compliance. Utility hose inspection - are they conducted properly? Use of valve stem protectors. Safety chains on chain operated valves. Condition of pipe rack ID signs. Safety equipment inspections - first person responsibility, especially in service groups and crafts. Assignment of Wardens and assembly areas - up to date? Scaffolds that don't meet plant standards and storage of scaffold tmaterials.
