The study has been requested by the Enforcement Section of the Department Environment (AHH) and under the guidance of the Flemish Environment Agency (VMM) and the Agency for Care and Health (AZG). Indaver is known for processing PFAS waste from PFAS producing compagnies. The full study is attached to this comment (named: "3. PFAS Air Emissions study Indaver_2022"). Graag had ik deze studie volledig ontvangen. Verder toch ook even aanstippen dat het behoorlijk misleidend is om niet het jaartal van die ontdekking te vermelden in deze zin: "Since the discovery of the large scale PFAS pollution around the 3M site in Zwijndrecht (BE), the Flemish regional authorities have been working on mapping al potential sites of PFAS pollution in the region." (Dat moet *minstens* 2008 zijn, maar eigenlijk wist de overheid het al sinds 2004, niet?) Mvg, 1
