Should tnere be a conflict between the Paint Depart ment's safety rules and the Operating De partments rules. Supervision will confer and insure a safe condition or operation. 7. Good housekeeping will be planned at one beginning of the Job, and carefully fol lowed to the final cleanup of the job.
