Hydrogen Collection - Calculate total backflow in the event EBV doesn't close in order to determine venting capacity of T-206. Consider installing checkvalve at C-601 discharge valve (AO-114)
Reactive Chem Compatibility Chart - Update the info and put on standardized CHEMPAT system. Post this chart and train accordingly.
Absorbents - Evaluate whether reactive chem testing is needed on the absorbents being used. Update tier 3 procedure at CA2 and put into Caustic's system.
Leak Repair Sealants - Update CA2's procedure to refer to division controlled listing and add this procedure to Caustic's system.
Training - Improve training program in order to meet requirements (define level of training needed for all personnel in block).
Chlorine Area - Obtain updated complete taffy analysis. Ensure that E-205 rx chem concerns are properly documented.
