It is anticipated that these exemptions will greatly decrease costly licensing and construction delays, enabling us to help make American Energy Dominance a reality for the residents of Palm Beach Florida. Compliance Period: These exemptions are requested for a 40 year period, corresponding to the typical service life period of North American coal fired power plants. Justification: So called "scientists" and environmentalists have effectively stopped the development of beautiful clean coal and American energy dominance. These exemptions will help enable conversion of a completely unutilized island in Lake Worth Lagoon into a beautiful and powerful coal fired power plant like nobody has seen before. It will produce power so strongly that jobs and power will be the best that people have ever seen. Existing, job killing regulations, would have prevented the expansion of S Ocean Blvd by two additional lanes that will enable the delivery of raw Anthracite and Bituminous coal via semi trucks and the construction of a coal slurry pipeline along the eastern shore of Lake Worth Lagoon. Additionally, we anticipate that deregulation and exemptions will enable the construction of a pier and coal barge facility enabling the final leg of transportation of coal to an industrial coal conveyor belt system of the eastern shore of Palmsicle Island. Construction of a 24 foot sea wall along the entire circumference of Palmsicle Island will enable the power plant to operate after thermal expansion of adjacent waters caused by global anthropogenic originating Glacio-isostatic Adjustments. All of these critical industrial infrastructure would be impossible under Biden era regulations. We believe that the American people have given the Trump administration a mandate to put 19th century power generation technologies at the forefront of American Energy Dominance. We anticipate that the immediate neighboring properties to our proposed power facility will embrace our project and our commitment to Make America Great Again.
