It turns out, Flint wasn't the first time Region 5 overlooked a toxic incident. This is the beginning of principle filming for the documentary. Since it's a documentary, there is no script yet, because one cannot predict the series of events that will happen. So instead of a script documentaries use shot lists. Here is the shot list for the film: Flint, Michigan - Region 5 EPA fails to act, helps poison 12,000 children. Burbank, California - EPA fails to notify 1.6 million residents of TCE in their ground water and vapor intrusion in their homes. Ashland, Kentucky - EPA gives award to Envirosolutions as a "green company" as Enviorsolutions is operating the Big Run Land Fill where New York and New Jersey are dumping their trash. The trash pile collapses and this "green company" poisons the entire town with methane. Akron, Ohio - Region 5 EPA fails to act and lies to the media about the Summit Equipment and Supplies Superfund site. Asheville, NC - EPA trespasses on residents land for 9 years, tells them they are safe, and then shows up an evacuates the entire community. Silverton, Colorado - EPA causes the Animas River Mine spill. Evironmental Restoration LLC causes spill, and is then awarded the Regions 1 & 4 emergency clean up contracts. Weston Solutions is award the clean up for Animas River spill which caused $300,000,000 in damage to Navajo Lands. Weston Solutions - Embezzles hundreds of million of dollars from the DoD, issued a $130,000 fine and they still get the clean up contract for Animas River. Hudson River PCB spill - Scientists create a way to get rid of PCB's without dredging, EPA ignored scientists advice and threatens then with felony charges for the PCB's that the EPA gave to them to create the new test, avoiding dredging creates a 120 million dollar industry. Sierra Club v. EPA 18cv3472 NDCA Tier 13 ED 002061 00028556-00001 Silicon Valley - There is a plume of TCE under Google and NASA Ames Research Center. There is a growing cancer spike in the community, but the EPA only helps Google, creates the MEW Study Area, does not help the outlying communities. Matthew Berdyck, whose business partner worked at Google at the time, gets him into Google's campus, Matt and Alex are attacked by Google security. Google security then chases Matt around in their security vehicles for a half hour and he out runs them in his BMW - seriously that happened. Now that you have assigned a complaint number, we are beginning filming, and we are going to feature thr results of the investigation in the film. The question is, will the EPA do the right thing and force the resignation of Region 5 EPA's officials, and Matt wins at the end of the film, or will the EPA continue its corrupt ways and give Matt the underdog Rockie ending that wins film festivals all over the world? There is actually more in the shot list, but what is listed above is more than enough to make a case for corruption. After travel to 2000 cities, as I said before, I have more intelligence on the Superfund project than the EPA itself, and relationship with people in every community mentioned above, as I have been filming for over four years. All that is left is filming the results of the EPA OIG issue, and getting reaction interviews. Here is a previously released sample. The film is called Death Water. This is very simple. The EPA owes me a national public apology and these officials need to resign, at Region 5, and I deserve to be compensate for the hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage that was done my .org, my life, and my family. Whe you play this back in history, not only did the EPA lie to Akron, you poisoned me as a child by not telling us what was in that site, by telling the people that they were safe. I have five illnesses, and am disabled as a result of being poisoned. My life was destroyed, I ended up homeless and almost died in the street. I rose up from homelessness, became a national working filmmaker, and then fought back and the EPA beat me into mercy again, and now today, I am fighting back, but this time, with a million in my account and full funding for the film.
