Pursuant to the AOC, APR agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 29 to be completed within 180 days of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than February 3, 2021). EPA has received and reviewed your final letter report, required under AOC paragraph 29.c., of all work completed under the AOC, dated January 20, 2021.
