My dear nJefi'1': I suppose you have received from Mr. Mitchell a copy of Dr. Lansa's letter regard ing taking Xray pictures of our employees by the United States Department of Health. In view of tuis letter, you may ad vise the Public Health Service that they may take the pictures, v.ith the understanding that they are not available for any purpose whatever except public health information, and you want to stress the feet that we do not want them giv en to shyster lawyers and doctors so as to be the subject of suits, for, as you now, v;e have had enough adjustments for any one coipany.
