Schaefer Lead Hygiene - Baton Bouge Plant Baton Bouge Baton Bouge Mew York April 30, l$k6 I have received a memorandum dated April 21, 19k6 from. Er. Kehoe, covering various setters of interest in connection with his inspection trip to the TEL area at Baton Rouge on April 5th. I am pleased to note that Br. Kehoe finds a general improvement in the state of cleanliness and maintenance as compared with recent previous conditions. This is a welcome report of progress. ' ^ However, there do seem to me to remain certain faults that should not be difficult to remedy or correct and I urge both of you to improve upon those faults which were outlined in the report. I was particularly disturbed about some of the comments made on the condition of the Blender and especially, the occa sions of the procedure followed in repairing the ethylene dibromide pump. I would appreciate having a progress report from you gentlemen in due course as to the corrections made to the criticisms of Br. Kehoe. J. H. Schaefer 3-2 He 0 0 0 1 0 7 6
