In a suite the mo notony of one-color walls can be relieved by proper striping. Corridors, too, with their broad wall spaces, can be made bright and cheery by striping. Striping brings effective color contrast How to use this finish The striping effect is easy to secure. The stripes should be . applied parallel to the trim, a few inches away from it. The line is indicated by snapping a taut chalked string against the wall surface. The stripes are then struck off by means of a liningbrush, or added by tamping on color through the openings of a stencil.
