The inspection occurred for-cause of suspected distribution or sale of unregistered pesticides. FACILITY DESCRIPTION Sunny's Food Mart is a business operating a retail storefront in Stafford, Texas. The facility sells a variety of household and grocery products, including cleaning supplies and other consumer goods. The annual revenue and number of employees of the company is unknown. Section II - OBSERVATIONS United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 inspectors, Justin Mullenix and Charese Simpson, (we) arrived at Sunny's Food Mart at 11:40AM on Wednesday March 18, 2026, for an unannounced inspection. We accessed the facility through the front entrance and explained the purpose of the visit to an employee. I, Justin Mullenix, presented my federal credential and a Notice of Inspection prepared by Inspector Simpson to the employee who then proceeded to call the manager (Shine John) via telephone. Prior to conducting the inspection, the manager signed the Notice of Inspection. After a brief conversation with the manager, we inquired if any Clorox, Fabuloso, and other cleaning or disinfectant products were being held in inventory at the facility. We were directed to an area where several cleaning products were being held. We reviewed the products for compliance with FIFRA, determining applicability and checking for EPA Registration Numbers and Establishment Numbers. During the product review, we observed the following Product(s) of Concern: - Fabuloso Ultra Frescura - Fabuloso Antibacterial y Antiviral "Trap Para Trapear" (various) - Clorox Cloro Triple Accion The Products of Concern made pesticidal claims and did not have EPA Registration or Establishment Numbers on their labels, indicating an unregistered status with the EPA. The Products of Concern was photographed. At the conclusion of the inspection, Inspector Simpson and I explained our findings to Mr. John, recommending that he removed the Product of Concern from the sales floor immediately until further 2 Sunny's Food Mart Inspection Date: March 18, 2026 notification by EPA. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN An area of concern identified during the inspection is the potential distribution or sale of unregistered pesticides ("Products of Concern") in violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA. Section IV - FOLLOW UP No additional information has been requested or received by EPA after exiting the facility on March 18, 2026.
