I obtained a verbal corssitnent fron him to meet with a team of industry experts to discuss ths regulations prior to the public hearings* which are scheduled' for 3onetine in late September, or early October* Harker* who v/as leaving on vacation the next day*, promined to contact ne upon his return* Despite his promise* Harker did not get back to as when he returned from vacation. After many unsuccessful tries*. Z finally managed to reestablish contact with Harker on August 6* He apologised: for not having called* but explained that he had been extremely busy* He then explained the current situation to ne as foilo-./c.
