I would not recommend sending him information right now, but rather wait until we develop our outreach plan. While it is acknowledged we will surely include EPA in our outreach, there are others at EPA that we should also include (such as Bill Farland and Larry Cupitt), and I would not want to offend anyone but sending material to their colleagues first.
