April 9, 1975 The Hyatt Regency HofI Toronto, Canada *" As provided In notice of meeting end egende mailed to each member on March 4, 1975, the regular Annual Meeting of the members of the Lead Industries Association, Inc., was held on Wednesday, April 9, 1975, at The Hyatt Regency Hotel, -Toronto, Canada. Purpose of the meeting was to elect the Directors of the Associa tion, as well as transact other business. CALL TO ORDER The business session was brought to order at 10t05 a.m. by the Executfve Vice President, Mr. P. E. Robinson. , QUORUM The Secretary reported that a quorum was present. ' "' APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Chairman announced that the" Minutes of the previous Annual Meeting had been sent to the members and no comments had been received. On notion made, seconded, and unanimously approved, the Minutes of the meeting, April 4, 1974, were approved as written and a copy was ordered filed with the Official Minutes of the Association. / , TREASURER'S REPORT In the absence of the Treasurer, Mr. R. V. Cronin, Mr. P. E. Robinson geve the Treasurer's Report. On motion made, seconded end carried, the Treasurer's Report for fiscal year 1974, was accepted ss read. SECRETARY'S REPORT The Secretary displayed a copy of the Annual Report of the Association for 1974, consisting of the Auditor's Report for 1974, a copy of the Annual Meeting Minutes for the regular Annual Meeting, April 4, 1974, a copy of the Board of Direc tors Minutes for the Budget Meeting, December 10, 1974, a copy of the Executive Committee Minutes, August S, 1974, and a list of Members of the Association with their addresses.
