The petition was assigned docket number 95P-0420/CP 1. As of April 4 , 1995 we have not recieved response to our petition, a matter which causes us great concern. We believe that three months is a "reasonable" amout of time to expect any response to our petition. If our petition is not responded to by May 17, 1994 (6 months from the filing date), the agencies' unresponsiveness will be interpreted at a constructive denial of the petition.
