Grumbles August 19, 1986 TABACCO SUCKER CONTROL AGENT ALCOHOL SALES LABELING REQUIREMENTS VIST/ To assure compliance with applicable labeling requirements for TSCA alcohol sales, the following guidelines should be met. Drum Shipments: Any TSCA alcohol sold in drums must have the FIFRA label attached to the drum. No OSHA label is required, or should be placed, on these shipments. All other ALFOL 810 and 10 drums should have the OSHA label only. Bulk Shipments: A copy of the FIFRA label must be attached to the shipping papers and left with the consignee at the time of delivery. All other labeling requirements, specifically DOT and OSHA, apply to the bulk containers. The normal ALFOL 810 and 10 bulk tags should be applied.
