Wellhead in back is connected to flowline pipe in front (left side of frame). The well was not injecting during inspection. Operator indicated that the well is an active well.
Puddle is observed around well, with pavestone set for well access to avoid puddle.

Photo Description:
Popoff valve observed on tubing-casing annulus. Operator indicated that popoff valve was set at 300 psi.
A slight drip was observed to come from the pop-off valve during inspection which appears to be the potential source of the puddle around the well.
