Description of Finding Pooling stormwater in Outfall 1 and the drainage swale upstream of the discharge point is milky. This shows stormwater contamination and that additional controls are needed. Nonstormwater discharge not authorized. Lack of adequate controls around the canal embankment allows contaminated stormwater to drain into the canal. As a continuation of the inspection performed at your facility, you are asked to submit a written response within 14 calendar days of receipt of this notice. Your response should include a description of all corrective actions taken and/or a schedule for completing the necessary corrective actions.
