Would one hour work? Maybe 1:15?

Dear Mr. Hayes, There are five executives traveling to Washington to provide this briefing at the request of the Department of the Interior. For background, it may be helpful for you to know the history. A similar team traveled to Interior in November 2017 and conducted a 1hour briefing. Interior officials had many questions and the time was insufficient to accommodate all of the questions, even though we allotted more than half the time to discussion and questions. It was for that reason that a longer time was scheduled for the April 17 briefing. The team coming next week was tailored to cover the information Interior requested.
The individuals traveling to Washington are:
Peter Velez, Shell Oil Company, head of global response (retired) briefing team lead Don Armijo, President, Marine Well Containment Company Carol Lloyd, Senior Advisor and former Vice President of Upstream Research, ExxonMobil Dan Domeracki, Vice President, Schlumberger Matt Givens, Cameron Well Control
I am copying Kate MacGregor because this briefing was scheduled at her request. The team is scheduled to come to Washington and is arriving the afternoon of April 16, so an earlier briefing is possible. The question for the Department of Interior is will this meet the needs as requested? Kate and Scott Angelle were also planning to participate and perhaps they could stay, should the longer briefing be necessary. The actual planned presentation is about 30 minutes, depending on discussion and questions and the balance of the time was because of the past briefing running short on time.
Kate, I would appreciate your thoughts regarding the adequacy of the above approach. Based on the planned Interior briefing, the team has scheduled an April 17 afternoon briefing with senior officials at the Department of Energy, which complicates rescheduling. Thanks.

Good Morning,
Need to change the time and duration of this mtg also do you need 1 1/2 hrs to conduct this briefing. We can do 9:00am-9:45am on Apr 17th if this is not enough time we can select another date.

Follow-up Arctic Briefing - focus on Well Control and Oil Spill Response
Amanda,
Thank you for your help. We can confirm April 17 at 9:30am for an hour briefing time with an additional 30 minutes, if needed. Please note that the NPC team will likely plan about 30 minutes of presentation and then have discussion/Q&A (this is similar to the format we used in the original briefing).
I will be back in touch once we finalize all of the members of the briefing team.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Best regards, Jim
