This *is the third set of data taken during A-728 production and the highest value in any of'the results is 0.2 ppm. There were also three sets of data with similar results when the plant was not producing A-728. The biggest factor in this success story was the latest modifications to the ventilation system on the monomer delay pump. On the basis of these data and a. discussion of them with Mr. Sebastianelli, I do not feel we need to designate any area of the Emulsion plant as a regulated area. TWA personnel samples taken on Emulsion Plant personnel in A-3 reactor area during the just completed A-728 run. A total of 23 samples were taken with the highest value being 0.20 ppm. All persons working in the a-3 area were' sampled during this 4 day run. Also attached are memos written on 7, 10, and 19 March, 1975, listing samples taken since 1 March, 1975. Approximately 75% of the people working in'the A-3 area.were sampled on these occasions. This is the sixth set of samples taken since 1 March, 1975, in the Emulsion Plant. Three sets were taken while A-728 was being manufactured, and three sets While A-728 was not being manufactured. All values were below 0.5 ppm, with the highest being 0.20 ppm. Attach. ccs; J. T.
