Interlock By-Pass Procedure Recommendations made by SHAC will be reviewed by Manufacturing personnel so that proposal can be developed and presented to Gene Tromblee for approval by mid-June. Contractor Safety Film The film to be shown to contract individuals such as truck drivers, vendors, etc. was reviewed and approved. A method for informing these individuals on location of instruction points will be developed. B. Job Safety Audits Training sessions have been set up for training instructors by May 31st with makeup sessions sometime during the first week of June. Expect to have full-scale plant implementation by the end of the year. C. Off-the-Job Safety 1. Due to the high incidence of back injuries in April, an information packet will be developed by SHAC for safety meetings for plant personnel to be conducted in June. 2. Information will be developed for a newspaper article on offthe-job safety. 0. Plant Emergency Drill The first 1985 plant emergency drill will be held on Thursday, May 23, at 1400. E. Hurricane Procedures Hurricane season is almost upon us (June 1). Superintendents have been requested to develop volunteer lists for hurricane coverage. R. T.
