PCB 71-366 The Kankakee Foundry Company v. EPA Petitioner seeks a variance for one year in which to comply
with emission standards at its grey iron foundry. A hearing was authorized.
PCB 71-367 EPA v. Consolidated Foods Corp. and Hollywood Brands An enforcement action alleging various acts of air pollution
at the company's Centralia, Illinois plant. A hearing is mandatory.
