S. Steel Corporation on the draft rule. The second attachment is a bipartisan Congressional letter sent to Administrator Pruitt on Monday from Representatives Rick Nolan (D-MN) and Jack Bergman (R-MI) expressing concern on the inclusion of iron ore in the draft rule.
