Nashville, Tennessee Reference; Dear Dr. Morrissey; 15Pursuant to our telephone conversation last Thursday, January , I wish to advise that I am enclosing the corrected copies of the re ports on the lead determination in the urine of Mr. submitted to us on ITcvember lh, 19^7 As you may recall, Dr. Robert IT. Buchanan called my attention to the fact that there was an unusually large amount of lead present in the specimen and I told him at the time that I did not remember that the specimen contained any unusual quantity. Upon examination of the carbon copy of the report sent to you, I found that there was an error in the decimal place in the first state ment of the report. However, this decimal place was corrected in the carbon report but for some reason it was not retyped. I do regret this typographical error and hope that it has not caused y o u any embarrassment or inconvenience.
