Hullo Jim
For attribution to "an EPA. spokesperson," please:
Title II of the bill funds the EPA at $8.058 billion which equals the FY 2017 Enacted budget. Additionally, the Congress provided $766 million to the Agency separately designated for Infrastructure investments to the States. Combined together, the total Agency funding is $8.824 billion. In Division G - Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2018 - the bill includes a detailed break out of EPA's budget on pages 89hh through 89kkk.
Cheers, R.
