Sanborn visited the Roberson Oil Company, Inc. oil and gas facility located near Oilton, Oklahoma on 01/14/2020 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of Roberson Oil Company, Inc. present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION This facility is located on the Allison Lease and has a tank battery on site. Section II - OBSERVATIONS During the inspection, I observed low secondary containment walls. I saw oil and oil staining inside the berms. Additionally, the salt water facility south of the tank battery (across the road) also has no secondary containment. I observed a possible leak from the main tank battery during the inspection. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN The secondary containment had inadequate berms at the main tank battery. The salt water facility across the road also did not have secondary containment. Section IV - FOLLOW UP EPA water enforcement will refer this facility to EPA R6 SPCC program.
