Testing of the 0-2 Boiler at American Oas Association Laboratories was initiated August 1, 1966. Although constructional changes could be required as a result of A.O.A. testing, no major revisions are expected. The Specifications cover design changes in the burner and Jacket plus those necessary to obtain A.O.A. Five-Year Reapproval. Included are the following: 1. New ribbon and drill port burner castings for lower cost manufacture on the SPO unit and improved performance. 2. Boiler sections with flueway reduced from 1-1/16" to 1". 3. Deluxe Jacket revised to square corners and edges in lieu of the present ball corner and edge radius. 4. Jacket color changed to brown and beige from gray. 5.
