The-Agencies'prepared a draft report and representatives of the industry commented on the report last August. - :t/ The report is now in its final stages of preparation. Enclosed is a copy of the report which was Sent to AMC by the Environmental Protection Agency. This is not a copy of the final report. The final report will contain, one substantive change along with editorial changes. ; ]:{ ^ The substantive change will be a recomputation of the "mean" values in the various tables in the study. In general the recomputation will result in lower "mean" values. , ' ; The editorial changes will involve such things as the substitution of the word "comparison" for the word "control", and the word "increased" for the word "excessive".. V. According to a representative at EPA, the study will be published in a - medical journal:. He was not certain at this point which journal will publish it, but 5; he will let me know in the near future. It is not certain when the study will be pub lished.
