I think this would be the major item and it could in clude the following: . o An outline of the Proposed Rule and Options 1, 2, 3 as you presented them at the March 11 Board meeting. o Our notice to the Membership of February 12, 1986 providing an overview of EPA's proposals Sub-heading on extension of comment period o The Board meeting of March 11, 1986 for which I've enclosed a copy of the minutes relative to the EPA proposals. o Institute response to EPA on the proposals, with outline (we don't know final detail) of the major items covered in response The next thing I would note, or in whatever order you feel proper, would be the wait for OSHA rules on exposure, and what is expected. Then you might outline or comment on certain Institute Bulletins sent to the Membership or to the Committee, Officers and Directors.
