Union Carbide also objects to this interrogatory on the grounds that it is overly broad, unduly burdensome, oppressive and harassing, irrelevant, immaterial, and unlikely to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence. Prior to that Union Carbide and Union Carbide facilities consulted physicians as appropriate upon need.
