Box 827 Jackson, MS 39205 The attached information is being submitted by the Conoco Chemicals Company's Aberdeen PVC Plant regarding particulate emission control at our facility. Item 6 of Appendix B of the Commission Order, dated September 23, 1975 states: On or before the 7th day of May, 1976, the Respondent, Conoco Chemicals Company, shall submit an emission test report demon strating that the silo area is in compliance with emission regu lations. In accordance with the aforementioned Order, we are submitting the attached report. The report contains data and calculations for emissions from the plant's silo area. As explained in our letter dated March-5, 1976, the data is in the form of process calculations. These calculations show the particulate emissions to be well below emission limitations. These limitations were de tailed in written documents issued by the State to the plant.
