termination provided that they were negotiated prior to September I, 1937 and are the result of bona fide collective bargaining as interpreted by the National Labor Relations Act, the Federal Railway Labor Act, or the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Act and further provided that in all cases affected by this rule the schedule of hours of work shall revert to the prescribed schedule set forth in the laws and regulations adminis tered by the Department after termination of existing contracts.

2. REGULATIONS FOR BOILERS
(A) Rule M-20 of the Miniature Boiler Section was amended to read as follows:
All boilers referred to in this section shall be plainly marked with the manufacturer's name, maximum allowable working pressure, which shall be indicated in Arabic numerals followed by the letters "lb", the serial number and a Pennsyl vania Standard or National Board number. All boilers built according to these rules shall be stamped in the presence of the inspector with the symbol shown in Fig. M-l.

No accessory or part of the boiler shall be marked A.S.M.E. or A.S.M.E. Std. unless so speci fied in the Pennsylvania (ASME) code. The mark ings required on a boiler shall be stamped with letters and figures at 3/16 in. in height on some conspicuous portion of the boiler proper, or placed on a nonferrous plate to be permanently attached to every boiler. When a casing or other form of cover applied to a boiler is so arranged that it is not desirable to provide an opening through which the required stamping of the boil er parts may be viewed, tho required stamping shall also be placed on a nonferrous plate, not less than 3 in. by 4 in. in sire, irremovably at tached to the front portion of tho casing, or it
may be stamped in the metal of the casing itself.
