The adoption of the revision in Section XIII per mits the elimination of Section V in draft of September L. With reference to the third clause on the first pa^.e, this would nov7 read as follows; (if language discussed on the telephone is adopted. ) "Whereas, Tulloch is desirous of obtaining the ex clusive license to make, use anc sell, and the ex clusive right to license others to make, use and sell materials and products embodying, employing or containing the invention patented by said Letters Patent, which materials and products are hereinafter referred to as the "Licensed materials". This does not limit the materials and products referred to as "licensed Materials" to any specific list.
