You have also been notified that the analytical work was to be conducted by the method believed most accurate b y your laboratory. However, we know that you and Dr; Kehoe believe that the analytical work should be conducted by using the dithizone method and also the spectographic method. These statements are made so that all parties will understand the exact procedures. It is also our under standing that you do not favor telephone reports on analytical work, but that you will file the reports in writing as they are com pleted .
