Thei r meeti ng wi th PHMSA is at 1:30pm so if there is any ti me around 12:00 or 12:30pm, or 1ater in the afternoon at 4:00pm to stop by, pi ease 1et me know if thi s would be possi bl e . As you may know, Pi ai ns Al 1 Ameri can Pi peli ne was founded in Oklahoma City, OK and headquartered in Houston, TX. They are the 1argest crude oi 1 shi pper in North Arne ri ca and a si gni fi cant presence in the mi dstream industry. They would 1ove to have the opportuni ty to meet the Administrator.
