In that same area, the exhaust pipe to the #7 turbo condensate pump is continually being worked on and also needs to have the Asbestos removed. This is the list of asbestos that I would like to see taken care of in the month of March. 1. Remove 4'x4` yellow air cell asbestos on the east elbow of the #7 air injector / steam line. 2. Remove approximately 5 foot of the yellow air cell asbestos insulation on the exhaust of #7 turbo condensate pump. 3. Remove the old water PIPE (approximately 80 feet) line which is no longer in use. This pipe can be wrapped in plastic and cut down with the asbestos in place. This pipe parallels the #1 turbo condensate pipe in the basement. 4. Remove approximately 200 feet 1501b steam line in the east bay on the main floor of the Power house. This pipe is no longer in use and contains friable asbestos which in my opinion, because it is no longer in use, may as well be removed instead of patching up and still having to maintain it. It too can be wrapped in plastic and cut out in sections with the asbestos intact. Because of it's size, this will be a little more difficult. Your cost will be in disposal.
