\M7 tL'~s4 3.;so7fS ASSIGNMENT AND CONVEYANCE ;: jo !>u310 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT, WHEREAS, under date of February li, 1972, a certain Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between SOUTHWESTERN" OIL & REFINING COMPANY, as Lessor, and KELLY BELL, as Lessee, covering the following described land in Nueces County, Texas, tc-wit: 3.88591 acres of land in Nueces County, Texas, described as follows: Being all of Lots 1-8, both inclusive, and Lots 11-20, both inclusive, in Block 5 of the Sunset Place Addition to the City of Corpus Christi, as shown on plat recorded in Vol. 4, Page 25 of the Map Records of Nueces County, Texas, to which reference is here made. Said lease being recorded in Vol. 295, Pages 369-376 of the Oil and Gas Records of Nueces County, Texas; and address is P. 0. Box 9217, Corpus Christi, Texas 78408, hereinafter called "Grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, transfer and deliver unto Kerr-McGse Corporation, whose address is P. C. Box 25861, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73125, hereinafter called "Grantee", all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to all of the oil, gas and other minerals and mineral rights in and under and that may be produced from the above described lands, or allocated thereto, all in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, and provisions of the aforesaid lease, including, but not limited to, the provisions of Section or Paragraph No. 7 of said lease which prohibit the use by Lessee of the surface of the above described lands for any purpose whatsoever, and the previsions of Section or Paragraph No. 12 of said lease which grant to Lessor the option to obtain a one-third (1/3) cf the leasehold estate working interest, following recovery by Lessee of 100% of his costs, as therein defined and set forth. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described oil, gas and other minerals and mineral rights and the rights herein granted, all and singular, unto said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
