Sanborn visited the Unknown oil and gas facility located at latitude 36.8325 and longitude -96.4999 near Pawhuska, Oklahoma on 11/19/2019 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of the facility present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION EPA conducted a creek survey in the North Bird Creek area of concern at the previous EPA surface water monitoring station site number 2. The following EPA personnel were present during the creek survey: Rick Davis, Steve Gilrein, and Cheryl Seager. Section II - OBSERVATIONS With a calibrated YSI Pro 30 conductivity meter, I conducted a creek survey of the North Bird Creek area of concern and measured Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) at the EPA site previously designated as monitoring station number 2. I measured 414 milligrams per liter (mg/L) TDS at monitoring station 2 location.
