I really enjoyed my time in OPPT/OPPTS and many different divisions and branches. It felt like home and I never felt very rewarded for my attempts to get interesting staff to work. 8 different Grievances --all futile and unsupported by senior staff when final decisions had to be made. I was in HERD which became RAD and i had 35 staff and HERD was over 120 people. Hernandez was highly skilled and well spoken.
