Hopefully you can provide us with some of this information. The countries under consideration are Holland, Great Britain, W. Germany, France and Italy. The primary concern is the Tremolite (Asbestos) content as indicated on our Material Safety Data Sheet (enclosed). Are you aware of any regulations, in these countries, which would prohibit information of Vermiculite Concentrate because of its Asbestos content or any other reason? If importation is not prohibited, what labelling or TSCA-type regulations must be addressed? At the last environmental coordinators meeting, you indicated that some European Countries were developing tighter controls in this area.
