Intermingled with the large agglomerates are finite particles which are not visible but which are trapped on a membrane filter. The fibers are generated when the aabei tos or limpet is blown onto the equipment being insulated. Sampling was done on two separate days and the fibers 5mm or longer were counted using a phase contrast microscope with results as follows * Date Location 2/21/72 Ground level 200 ft.
