EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt will meet today with utility executives and representatives from several public health groups, an agency spokeswoman said.
"Administrator Pruitt is meeting with utility representatives today, and he also met with representatives from the American Lung Association, American Public Health Association, Alliance of Nurses for Healthy Environments, and other members of the Health Partners Group," EPA spokeswoman Amy Graham said in an email.
Pruitt and the health groups discussed clean air issues, according to EPA.
POLITICO reported earlier today that Pruitt meets this afternoon with at least 10 utility CEOs to discuss next steps on the Clean Power Plan, and potentially other topics.
